CenturyLink - Employee Brand Engagement

The Pathways site is a brand engagement inititive providing information and activities designed to envolve all CenturyLink employees in a company wide brand awareness program. Each installment features a different aspect of the brand with new brand related content, interactive components, surveys, and quizzes with the chance to win prizes. Users are incouraged to learn about all aspects of the company, the brand, and their colleauges.


For each segment a group of import topics is presented and related activities, surveys, and related links are included. Users are introduced to the elements of the brand, how they work together, and how they are related to the segment topic.
The use of the brand in key materials such as advertising is displayed. Users can playback videos, listen to radio spots, and view print materials around the latest ad campaign.


Employees were offered a customizable postcard feature. This featured provided users with the ability to construct their own postcard to be added to the site. Employees across the country could view these cards and read their messages.
